What we collect: account details (email, name), saved vehicle info (VIN, make/model, mileage, service history), diagnostic chat history, uploaded fault-scan photos, payment info (handled directly by Stripe, we never see card details).
How we use it: run diagnostics/learning features, personalize to saved vehicle, process payments, improve service.
Sharing: only with providers needed to run GearMind (Stripe, Supabase, Google Gemini/YouTube APIs). Never sold.
Your rights: request access/correction/deletion anytime via support@gearmind.live. UK GDPR right to complain to the ICO.
Retention: kept while account active, plus a reasonable period after for legal/accounting reasons.
